Group Coaching is the Circle experience — a cohort-based container where a small group of people move through a shared journey together, guided by a Journey Up! coach. This is not a drop-in class. This is a room where you show up consistently, where your growth is witnessed, and where the community holds you with the kind of presence that actually moves something.
Every month includes live small-group sessions, shared practices to carry between sessions, and facilitation by a trained Journey Up! guide.
The path you choose shapes the room you enter.
The Sister Circle is the women's cohort — a space built for the specific interior work women navigate in healing, identity, and becoming.
The Brother Circle is the men's cohort — currently in its founding season. Men who join now are not waiting for something to be built. They are part of building it. Founding members receive first-come access to content as it launches and early input into the direction of this path. This is an honor, not a placeholder.
