What is the Journey Up! Rewards Program?
The Journey Up! Rewards is a loyalty program for strictly for our VIP Members. VIPs can earn points by making purchases or submitting product reviews, as well as participating in any of our events, classes, journal programs, and challenges. The Journey Up! Rewards program is designed to encourage learning and participation so that members stay on the continuous journey of growth, transformation, and healing.
You will earn 1 points for every dollar spent at on Journey-Up.com, and the Journey Up! App once it has been released. Points are rounded to the nearest dollar (e.g., $54.95 USD = 55 points). If an item is returned for a refund, the points earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
You can earn 10 Reward Points when you share your opinion about a product, class, or challenge you've purchased and participated in. Also, points are earned by referring friends, commenting on articles, and sharing content that gets posted weekly. You're eligible to earn Cash Rewards or free merchandise as soon as you earn 500 points. Save your points further and at 2,000 points, you can redeem for a FREE products (valued at $50) or 1:1 Coaching !

Reward Statuses
When you join our program, you will start out as a “VIP.” As you collect more reward points, your status will be upgraded to a higher loyalty tier. The higher the status, the more benefits available to you.
When you earn 1,000 points within 12 months, you will be enrolled into “Gold” status.
When you earn 2,000 points within 12 months, you will be enrolled into “Elite” status.
Your status is re-evaluated yearly on the day you earned your new status. Your re-evaluation is based on your previous year's earned points.
Once you earn membership to a status, you will remain in that status for one year regardless of how many points you spend.

Points expire 12 months after the day they are available in your account, as well as upon cancellation of your VIP Membership.
